Exhibitor Registration
If you are interested in obtaining a booth, please read the information below.

Cost for a booth + annual sponsorship is $700.00 and $450.00 for each additional booth

Cost for a booth only is $550 and $450 for each additional booth

Exhibit setup will be from 7 AM - 10:00 AM on Thursday, March 4th.

Show hours are from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM on Thursday, March 4th

If you would like to be located adjacent to another exhibitor, please note that preference on the registration form.
- One (1) single electrical outlet (120 VAC, 5Amp) is provided. Additional services are available from the Cajundome or from Clark Services. Use the Services link for more detail.
- Booths are formed using 8 foot back drapes and 3 foot side drapes. Each booth is 10 feet X 10 feet and includes (1) 2 foot X 6 foot Skirted table, (2) chairs, and ID sign and a wastebasket.
- Each Exhibitor will receive 2 complimentary Keynote Luncheon tickets. Additional tickets are available for purchase online, or by using the printable luncheon tickets form, or by contacting Ashton Chaisson at (337)

- Each exhibitor may register as many exhibitor badges as needed.
- You may elect to pay online or print a registration form and return it with a check to the address shown.
